HALO takes our mission of rescuing dogs very seriously but that doesn't mean we don't have fun. The Michigan HALO families recently gathered together for their 3rd annual picnic. We laughed, celebrated accomplishments, and raised some money. Best of all was seeing our dogs enjoy life.
